Watching: The World Cup

There has been a sense of panic around Doha today, people who are worrying that Mosaic have yet to install their World Cup package, many wondering which bars will be open late enough to watch the later night matches.... Well fear not - here are a  few of the places you will be able to watch the games this year.  As soon as we hear anything about Ramadan timings we will let you all know!
Opening Party
Event Center, The Business Park - Crowne Plaza
12th June @ 8pm
Lots of fun activities and big screens to welcome in the world cup.

World Cup Tent
The Garden Terrace - Four Seasons
June 12th - 28th
For QR165, you will get access to the tent that will feature; big screens, snacks, beverages & shisha.
Brazilian Beach
Champions - Marriott City
June 12th - 13th
Where better to watch a football game than in the home of a sports bar.  Champions is turning into a beach inside the restaurant adding 12 tons of sand.  There are 40 screens broadcasting the games with DJ May Tox playing during game intervals. Brazilian inspired food and beverages will be available.
June 14th - 28th
The sand will be cleared out, and replaced with  Champions own football turf.
Paloma! - Intercontinental
June 12th - 28th
Watch all the big games at Paloma! in the Intercontinental.  Happy hour with 50% off drinks between 5pm-7pm everyday with added food happy hour on Saturday - Monday.

The Jazz Club - St Regis
June 12th - 13th
The Jazz Club has transformed into a sports bar for the world cup, there will be many a big screen with surround sound, snacks and international hops for World Cup Fans.
I like the idea of the Brazilian Beach and think I will be heading to Champs to watch the opening match!

Much love,
