Okay ladies, let me start by saying Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a lovely festive period and ate and drank until they popped! But now that's over - "A new year a new you!"
January: the month resolutions will be piling high, just like the amount of extra padding we have added to our waist lines, to get to the gym to shed the excess holiday weight! I know I always need a bit of help, some extra inspo to drag myself out of bed and into the gym, so let's do it together shall we?
First of all, I would just like to point out that I am no health expert, so if you decide to follow me on my health mission; you are doing so at your own risk (Just so I am not liable if you happen to pop your clogs!) It is advisable to consult a doctor before starting a change in your eating habbits or embarking on a health program.
With that out the way, lets start!
I imagine the 1st of Jan for most will be a bit of a write off, but lets prepare for tomorrow. Load up your Instagram, and lets get following some people who know how it's done, for inspiration and some healthy eating gurus. Here are a couple I follow that I would highly recommend, but obviously follow anyone you find helpful!
THEBODYCOACH - for healthy tips for fitness & food
My most problematic area is my tummy (just in front of my double chin) for so long I thought I would be living with my little pouch for the rest of eternity, so I actually grew quite fond of it, but enough is enough - it has to go! So this month, I am going to be focusing on abs!
Below is copy of the plan, what makes this easy is that you don't need to go to the gym to do these exercises, plonk yourself on a mat or rug and you're good to go. Try and get in at least 30 mins of cardio after your abs challenge to optimum results!
#pearlandpeachfitness to share your progression! Happy work out ladies
