H&M | Alexander Wang Collaboration

I love a designer/high street collab so much! H&M have collaborated with some of the best! Karl Lagerfield, Stella McCartney and Isabel Marant to name a few. At Coachella this year the very exciting news emerged, that Alexander Wang would be designing a collection for the Swedish brand! Alexander Wang is a 30 year old fashion designer from New York, and he has been killing it in the fashion world for years! His designs have featured a lot of sport wear but also some very glamorous ready to wear pieces. His AW'14 is currently on sale and retails at £300-£2000. I mean how lovely it would be to be able to shop high end, but lets be realistic, a high street collab might be my only chance!

 The collection with H&M is due on the 6th November at 9GMT online and in Stores worldwide (even Doha!) .. So without further ado, lets have a look at what the collection will have to offer!    

H&M / Alexander Wang - Sports Bras

Well I'm thinking these "sports bras" are pretty cool.They retail under QR200 (£30). I can imagine they will be getting a lot of wears outside the gym and maybe out on the town! I know the top left one would look lovely teamed with your fave leatherette leggings and some killer heels.  

Collection of leggings and joggers.

The leather joggers are QR1050 (£179) , I do love the look when styled properly and if you think you would get your wear from them and the sporty style is for you then these are the one! The leggings are on the cheaper side and retail under QR240 (£40) . Personally I'm not blown away by these leggings but they would look great with the matching tops at the gym!   

Shorts with inner tights - LOVE THESE!

 So these aren't going to be for everyone and I can understand why. On the risque, chicer dressers, these would not see the outside of the gym. I can imagine these being worn at summer festivals as well as working out!


The mesh inserts in the tops really grabbed my attention. The first top is ideal for the gym made from fast drying material, at QR220 (£35). The dress in the centre comes with short or long sleeves and would be great to see you through from day to night!

All I have to say about these is .. Yes please!

These shoes deserve a big picture! Beautiful booties. Loving the peep toe and zip detail! There is also a closed toe option for those of you in colder climates!

Rihanna already sporting the look!

Obviously celebrities get first dibs and Rihanna was out parading in the matching top and leggings a couple of days ago!
